Lamb or Goat Chops

INGREDIENTS:

Olive Oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Rosemary

Garlic

Thyme

Goat or Lamb Chops

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat Oven to Broil on High, and move the oven rack to be about 4” from the broiler.

  2. Gently season each side of the chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and thyme.

  3. Place the chops on a broiler pan and place into the oven.

  4. Cook lamb chops for 3 min on each side and goat chops for 6 minutes on each side.  Internal temperature for Med Rare should be about 145℉ for goat and 135℉ for lamb.
