Matt and Leah married in 2003, have three children and have lived on the family farm since 2008. We were both raised on farms in Audrain County and felt that it was an important way of life to continue. Through the years our family has worked hard to provide ourselves with farm raised meat and produce. It is important to our family to know where our food comes from and how it is grown.
In 2018 we added cattle to our already growing goat herd and implemented an intensified grazing program raising grass fed and grain finished beef. We also have lamb, goat, chicken, and Thanksgiving turkeys! All of our poultry are pasture raised, and all our animals are raised without growth hormones.
The Van Schyndel's now work hard to ensure that they can provide the best quality product to their customers. Our goal is to become a fully sustainable farm in the next 10 years. As we do this we will be offering the harvest from our farm or value added products. (Goats Milk Soap, etc.) We want to share Gods blessings from our farm to your family.
